Freedom of Information
The Northern Way is a unique collaboration between the three
Northern Regional Development Agencies Yorkshire Forward,
Northwest Development Agency and One NorthEast. The
management and administration of the initiative is being led by
One NorthEast, through a dedicated Northern Way Team, based at
One NorthEast.
There is a lot of information available on this website.
We will endeavour to publish as much information as possible
about the Northern Way on this website so please check here
first to make sure your required information is not already
published.
The Freedom of Information Act 2000 enables anyone to
request access to any recorded information held by the Agency,
or held on its behalf. The Agency has a statutory duty to
disclose such information unless it falls within a statutory
exemption.
A Request for Information can also include anything held on
our behalf by a supplier or in an archive. To be a classed as a
freedom of information request it must be made in writing
(either by email, enquiry form, fax or letter) and must state
clearly the recorded information required. We must have
appropriate contact details for the applicant. Any response
will be given within a maximum of 20 working days, provided all
of the required details are given and the information can be
disclosed.
The main Freedom of Information Enquiry Form is available by
clicking here to be taken to the relevant
page on the One NorthEast web site.
